Accommodation

Our villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Peroj. From the upstairs apartment you can view the open sea, and the town interior - that view ends with the turret of the Church of St. Blaise in Vodnjan.

Villa is suitable for large family groups or a group of friends who wish to spend their vacation together, but do not wish to hinder each other or disturb their comfort.

The design and architecture of Villa Loredana is typically English. The main entrance is decorated with small flower garden, while mimosa trees, hackberry tree, Bougainvillea and Chinese wisteria plants offer shade and privacy. Villa has the enclosed parking, swimming pool with sunbathing area, playground, a garden you can enjoy, the shade under the large, 100 years old hackberry tree, grill, deck chairs for the afternoon siesta.

Note: Although the owners live in the villa, their guests enjoy complete privacy and tranquility.

Large Apartment

This apartment is a 2-bedroom comfortable apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, beautigul loggia, air-conditioning, SAT TV, kitchenware, dishwasher, hair dryer, microwave, and iron on request. Guests can also use the additional 2 extra beds. The apartment is situated on ground floor of our villa, sleeping area is on the garden side of villa.

Studio Apartment

Studio apartment is situated on the first floor of villa. It has view of sea, the greenery of our garden and the surrounding area. This apartment is a simple one-bedroom studio with covered terrace, which you will absolutely enjoy, and even use for your afternoon siesta if you do not spend it at our swimming pool after enjoying grilled lunch. Guests can use the additional extra bed, microwave, hair dryer, and iron at request.
